• Flooring specifications for all rooms/areas

• Wall specifications whether it be paint colours, wallpaper, panelling for all the rooms/areas

• Sourcing of all pc items (including sinks, taps, dishwasher, fridge, bath, basin, toilets, basin mixer, shower heads and all accessories)

• items for the kitchen/kitchenette, bathrooms and laundry

• Liaising with both the client, architect and builder throughout the building phase

3D Renders Interior Residential/Commercial

    This is a fabulous tool for the client that may have a problem visualising design. The 3d renders can be produced for any room or       area incorporating all the finishes and the design that has been done for the project.

• Liaising with the artist to ensure no detail has been left unturned.

• The finishes and the design that has been chosen for the rooms or areas will be used to create these photo realistic images making sure the client understands all the design choices and how they work with each other
